Citrus Nighttime Body Butter Recipe

Needed Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic coconut oil
  • 4-5 drops of orange essential oil
  • 4-5 drops of lemon essential oil
  • Zest of half an organic orange
  • Zest of half an organic lemon
  • Zest of half an organic lime


You should place the coconut oil in a small pan. Warm it for 15-20 seconds until it softens. Then, transfer it to a mixing bowl and stir well in order to dissolve all of the lumps. Add the zest from the three fruits and stir well once again. Next, add the essential oils and stir so everything is completely combined.

When adding the essential oils to it, the oil should not be too hot. Place it in the refrigerator to harden. Put the oil in a blender and blend until it is fluffy. When you get the consistency you like, it is ready. Store it in a jar and keep it in a place that it is not too warm.
